Part of the marketing plan for a wedding venue is the decor....

My plan is to add my photo options into my venue options for clients to chose from.

Table decor:

I have attended several events for weddings and event planning, for planners to share and gather ideas, here are some of the photos I have gathered on table decor ideas:

So this week I have been focused on more marketing and getting people interested in coming to look at the venue I want to build, so I am looking for a catchy but understandable name and slogan, I don't want a name or slogan where people say "So what do they do there?" I want it understood its a wedding venue, and I have read that these two things can be a huge part of your business and making good choices are very important on your success, for example a lot of people use their names, but in my case Lawless Wedding Venue would be an example of a bad name idea for a wedding venue! I have found a few sites I wanted to share, the first is a free site that helps you find a slogan : http://slogangenerator.com
I found a few sites that have companies that for a fee they will help you come up with the perfect slogan and perfect name for your business, but here is one that that's free that will help you find a name: http://www.businessnamegenerator.com/

So far this is what I have found......

Slogan: Building the future together starts with a perfect  wedding.

Name (s): Innovations Wedding Venue   or  Unity Venue

I am not set on these, still brain storming..... any ideas out there??

My last post I talked about "all inclusive" and what I want to offer in that, I want elaborate on a part of that, my food menu.

"Choice of light refreshments select (4 trays - 25ppl) and (8 trays -50ppl) trays from any of the 40 choices of Hors d'oeuvres.   (see choices) "

I have always loved to make, as I call it,  "beautiful food", it has to look as awesome as it taste!! I have a little more insight into catering now because it is actually what I do for a living currently, catering was way off from my former employment, but I seen it as an opportunity to learn one of the aspect of what I would need to know in owning an all inclusive wedding venue business.  I have spent time combing through pictures and making platters and trays and decided it was a great starting point for my offered wedding menu.
